as a mother, this is my constant state of mind - a bit messy and all over the place. The mum load is often unseen and often overwhelming. But all we need sometimes, is just to quiet down, ground ourselves, take a breath, jot down our plans and try to execute it. I'm still learning along the way, I'm cheering you on too.
